Package Overview
Savalan or Sabalan peak (4811m) is the Third highest peak in Iran after Damavand (5671m) and Alam kuh (4811m) in addition it is one of the most beautiful Iran mountains because of it’s little crater lake on the Sabalan summit .
During climbing, you can enjoy wonderful views of this colorful lake. Sabalan mount is located in north west of Iran if you like visit this area in your Mount Sabalan trekking tour is the best Iran adventure tour in that area also, you get familiar with one of the richest Iran culture tour.
Day 1: Flight from Tehran to Ardabil
Our Sabalan tour start by flight to Ardabil. After having breakfast at the hotel, head to Mehrabad airport. it takes about 1 hour to arrive at Ardabil, then head to Meshkinshahr. From That city you can see Sabalan mount that then we drive to Shabil village at the foot of Mt. Sabalan , that known for its hot springs , in the field of Shahsavan people. In the afternoon we take a walk in the surrounding mountains for better acclimatization .

Transfer (Flight from Tehran to Ardabil): 1 hour (90 km)
Transfer ( Ardabil to Shabil ): 2 hours (110 km)
Day 2: Sabalan tour , Climb to Bargah Hoseeiniy hut (3600m) and acclimatization
Today we climb to the height of 4000 m to get acclimation. The route is among Sabalan mount glaciers and has stunning views. Afternoon we come back and rest at the Hut

Day 3: Sabalan tour (Summit Day) return and transfer to Sarein
After having breakfast in the early morning, head to the peak. we’ve got sufficient time to pass near the lake on top of the Sabalan summit for resting and refreshing and enjoying the view then go down to base camp. After having lunch in the Hut we drive to the historical city named “Sarein”. The city is known because of its natural hot spring. Here we have time to go bathing and relax in the hot spring.

Transfer ( Sabalan Hut to Sarein ): 4 hours (160 km)

Day 4: Return to Tehran
Today Drive to Tehran from Sarein by car in the early morning. It takes about 8 hours. We will have lunch in Ghazvin, a local meal called “Gheimeh Nesar”, then have a short visit to the historical city. Now we have about a 2.5 hour drive to Tehran. Day 1: Flight from Tehran to Ardabil

Day 3: Sabalan tour (Summit Day) return and transfer to Sarein
Day 4: Return to Tehran

General Terms
- All cancellations must be made in writing and communicated via email to [info@persiatrek.com].
- The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 60 days before departure:
Full refund . - 59 to 31 days before departure:
50% of the total trip cost will be refunded. - 30 to 15 days before departure:
25% of the total trip cost will be refunded. - 14 days or less before departure:
No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy
- If the client fails to appear on the day of departure, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure Clause
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the provider’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events), the provider reserves the right to offer a rescheduling option or partial refund based on recoverable costs.
