Day2 ,3 ,4 : ski touring in the Doberar mountain range
From Lasem you have three different ski tours to choose from over the next 3 days. You can start your walking up from Lasem village. The day tours usually lead relatively steeply uphill and follow the deeply incised valleys.
You then reach the respective peaks via the mountain flanks (Mt. Changiz Chal 4,000 m, Mt. Eingemar 4,050 m, Mt. Doberar 4,080 m). From the peaks you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Damavand volcano opposite.
After a long rest, the reward comes: the ski descent and a delicious “Chelo Kabãb” in our regular restaurant (Mountain Bar) on the main street in Polour. Overnight stay as on the previous days with a host family (local house).
Skiing up and down ↑↓ approx. :1500m , 8 hours
Accommodation: El. 1260m : Hut
Day5 : Lasem- Damavand camp1 – Bargah Sevom hut(4260m)

Accommodation: El. 1260m : Hut
Day6 : Acclimatization up to 4800m

Accommodation: El. 1260m : Hut
Day7 : Damavand summit (5671m) – Bargah Sevom
You start to the summit while it is still dark. The higher you go, the thinner the air gets. With a bit of luck with the weather, you can see the glowing sea of lights of Tehran on the left-hand side. After about 5-8 hours it’s done.
You are standing on the crater rim of the 5,671m high extinct volcano. From here you have an unlimited view to the north to the Caspian Sea, to the west to Alamkouh (4,850 m), the second highest mountain in Iran and to the southwest with the metropolis of Tehran. You can pat yourself on the back with pride because you have climbed the highest mountain in the Orient.
If you want and still have energy reserves, you can also circle the crater/caldera (approx. 40 min). Along with Kilimanjaro and Denali, Damavand is one of the highest free-standing mountains in the world. After an extensive summit rest and photo parade, starts the racy ski descent (approx. 1,500 HM) down to the mountain hut. If possible, continue down into the valley in the afternoon (to the Saheb-al-Sahman Mosque at approx. 3,020 m).
From here you will be transferred to the host family in the small mountain village of Reyneh. Overnight stay in a mountain hut or with a host family in Reyneh (shared room)
